Returns and Refunds Policy

At Medibeam Ltd, we sell digital products and online courses that are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of these products, please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products and Courses

All purchases of digital downloads and online course content are final. Once access is granted or a download is initiated, you are not eligible for a refund.

This is in line with UK consumer law, which exempts digital content from refund rights once download or streaming has begun — if the customer has agreed to this at the point of purchase.

2. When Refunds May Be Granted

We may issue a refund in the following rare cases:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product

  • The product was never delivered or could not be accessed due to a technical issue on our side

  • You contacted us within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed the content

To request a refund in these cases, email amy@medibeam-search.com with your order details.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience any technical problems accessing your course or download, please contact us at amy@medibeam-search.com and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same course or download more than once, we will happily refund the duplicate charge.
