And they need someone like you to grow with them.
You’ll be the go-to Quality Officer across three connected businesses with a company that’s just about to start full – scale manufacturing of the medical device. So when I say it’s a great time to join, I mean it.
You’ll be in the thick of it, from scanning and labelling, supporting QA compliance, working on CAPAs and NC’s and testing prototypes.
It’s hands-on and it’s fast-moving.
Here’s what you’ll actually do:

Keep documentation sharp: Scan, label, and track everything in the eQMS.

Support testing and compliance: Run repeat tests on sample batches, pull audit data, track CAPAs and NCs.

Help the lab run smoothly: Track maintenance schedules, liaise with suppliers, and gather QC data.

Get hands-on with product: Measure, inspect, and physically test device strength.
This is a business of 10 people, with direct access to technical leads and founders and where ideas are listened to and acted upon.
You will grow and develop faster here than you would in a large corporate, as you have the ability to be hands on in all aspects.

The Details:
Salary: £30–35k
Training: Hands-on from day one, formal training later
